Shark Valley Everglades National Park 2-14-16
Shark Valley lies in the heart of the "True Everglades," or river of grass. At 15 miles long this flat, paved road is used for tram rides, bicycling, and walking. On this day the road was flooded in many places due to the recent heavy rains. The Alligators were taking full advantage of the warm road on the unusual cool day for Florida. Despite the crowds at the trail head it was a great bike ride once a few miles away.
